Getting started
KoolPics, available at images.koolpics.net, is governed by these terms and its Content Guidelines. Only use it when you can legally agree to these conditions. Account access may be required for particular functions.
The firm limits
CSAM is prohibited. Child sexual abuse material and any content sexually exploiting minors must not be uploaded, stored, requested, shared or linked through KoolPics.
Unauthorized copyrighted content is also prohibited. Share work you own, work covered by permission or a license, or work you may otherwise lawfully use. Respect the conditions attached to that permission.
Looking after access
Use accurate account information, keep your password secure and do not access anyone else’s account. A breach can result in content removal or suspension of access. Suspected illegal activity may be reported to the proper authorities.
Set practical expectations
Keep an original copy of important files. Features and availability can change, and permanent hosting is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms overrides legal protections that cannot be excluded.
